Rooted to Rise

“To be rooted is to know where you belong.”

At The Heritage School, we believe our strength lies not in systems or schedules, but in the people who make up our community and so, this teacher’s day, we paused for a day. We stepped away from timetables and to-do lists to simply be together: sharing stories, listening to one another, and reflecting on our journey as educators.

There was laughter that needed no judgements, conversations that needed no prompt, and a quiet sense of belonging that comes only when everyone slows down together.

We believe a happy workplace is built by people who choose each other and a community of happy, connected teams is one that can truly change the world.

Here’s a glimpse of our time together.
