Great classrooms are built by thoughtful educators, long before they are built by curriculum. That belief sits at the heart of AARAMBH, the induction programme for every new educator and staff member who joins The Heritage School, Rohini.

We do not begin with policies or processes. We begin with a quieter question: Who are you, and what brought you here?

A residential retreat gave our newest colleagues the space to step away from the noise of roles and routines. Through Mindful Personal Leadership, they turned inward, towards their own values, patterns, and sense of purpose. Leading a classroom, we believe, starts with leading oneself.

On campus, the lens widened. They explored the culture, values, and core practices that shape learning at Heritage, and the thinking behind them. Practice without understanding is only compliance. We want our educators to know the why before they master the how.

What emerged across these days was something no agenda can promise: trust, honest conversations, and the first threads of a community.

At Heritage, we do not simply welcome new members. We invite them to arrive with awareness, and to stay with commitment. To every individual who has joined us this year: your transformation journey has begun, and we are glad to walk it with you.
