Admission to Pre-Primary through Grade IX, and to Grade XI, is offered only against vacancies arising from student withdrawals, and is subject to the applicable rules, instructions, and guidelines in effect for the academic session.

Parents seeking admission for their ward are requested to complete and submit the Request Form available on the School website. Our Admissions Team will be in touch once a vacancy arises in the relevant class.

Admission Process for Grade XI

Admission to Grade XI follows a structured, five-stage process, designed to ensure that every student is placed in the subject combination best suited to their academic strengths and interests.

Application Review

Once an application is received, the Admissions Team reviews the submitted documents and sends an acknowledgement to the parents, along with details of the next steps.

Academic Eligibility Assessment

The Examination Team evaluates the student’s academic performance and maps it against the eligibility criteria for the subject combinations and stream(s) applied for.

Admission Review and Parent Communication

The Admissions Team coordinates with the Examination Team to review the student’s eligibility against the pre-defined admission criteria for the current session, including stream-wise and subject-specific requirements. Parents of eligible candidates are then contacted and informed of:

  • The date and schedule of the Entrance Test and Interaction
  • The mark sheets and supporting documents required for submission

Communication of the Admission Process

The Admissions Team walks parents through the complete process ahead, which includes:

  • Appearing for the Entrance Test
  • An Aptitude Test and Personal Interaction
  • Evaluation of performance to determine the subject combination(s) for which the student is eligible

Declaration of Result

Based on the student’s performance in the Entrance Test, Aptitude Test, and Interaction, along with their academic eligibility, the approved subject combination(s) and final admission decision are communicated to the parents.
